After the thunder this afternoon i need to put more feed for the bees and they flew at me with a definite sting in their tail has anyone noticed this with your bees today:grouphug::confused:

Electric storm - yes the lightning part (not the noise) will affect them.

It is in most books and covered on most courses, is it not?

Muggy weather, and or thundery weather will make the bees temperamental.

They are better than Michael Fish at weather forecasting :)

Most people are :toetap05:. Lost 5 trees in THAT storm/hurricane

When we inspected, all it took was for a cold breeze to pass over and the noise level went up a notch. I seem to be very sensitive to their moods, no - one else noticed until i mentioned it.....but that's because they terrify me lol :p and I am looking out for the slightest change in temperament so I can run away
