Anyone from Littleover Apiaries on here?

Was in a supermarket yesterday and spotted Littleover Apiaries have 'English Heather Honey' on sale.

I would like to test some ideas regarding heather honey and was wondering if there is anyone on here from Littleover Apiaries on here? I'm trying to find out how 'pure heather' the honey is; my tests require it to be as pure as possible but the stuff in the supermarket wasn't as viscous as I'd expected (see video).

I can't see the video but Heather Honey can also refer to Bell Heather, I believe to sell as one type it should be at least 80 from the same floral source.
