A neighbour came to see me on Sunday, telling me he thinks he saw a nest of Asian hornets near the boat house at Newmillerdam. The authorities understandably don't want to go and look without a photo or specimen. I'm about an hour from Newmillerdam. If there's anyone closer who could check it out, pm me and I'll send photos of the location.
