Hey what have I said and done.
If I have up set you in anyway please explain to me what it is I have done as I am totally unaware of saying anything untoward to anyone.

Please explain what has brought this hostile response?

Thank you,

Looks like moss or similar...but Bcrazy wouldn't post them as not bee related...

The first one looks like three small piles of ground up cannabis.

The second two look like close up shots of super nova's, in a far distant galaxy.

The first one looks like Kellogs Special K flakes, but they won't hide the nasty watermark on the furniture.

Petrie Dish of course.

OK guy's I'll come clean, Oi! hivemaker how do you know The first one looks like three small piles of ground up cannabis. No sorry to disappoint but its not Cannabis,
What happened was I was checking the hives and next to one of them there were a few oak leaves scattered about. On one of them I thought I saw a Varroa mite, only to find out it was some form of fungus. Found some more so I thought i'd ask the silly question of is it a new type of Varroa because from a distance it did look like Varroa.
When its viewed up at a small distance under a microscope I thought it was beautiful. Nature is surprising in it?
So I have to find out the name of the growths and even in my mycology books I cant find leaf fungus, so if there is any budding fungus spotters out there please let us Know.
Just my idiosyncratic warped sense of humor. Sorry.

Wrong time of the year for field mushrooms, but I do keep careful watch of perishable foodstuffs! Nosema might be the only bee related one I might want to recognise hoping itis not there, of course. Maybe looking for younger Stilton consumers?

I am not trying to defend anyones behaviour on the forum but many of our members are getting on a bit and have a little baggage to carry from past years,I know that Bcrazy is a veteran like many other forum member's who have seen a lot of battle action(N.I,Falklands,SAS,Commandos ect) and sometimes it can cause him to be a little abrasive towards other members.

I am not making excuuses for him,it sometimes just helps to know why some members can behave the way they do.
I tend to tease him when he does it,he then goes off for a sulk and a rest for a while..

I retire for a while then come bouncing back. Oh, made a return from the dark side? No dear boy I still frequent the other site and why not? Both sites are informative in there own ways.

Hi John,
Yes John at times we all need to take a time out. Stroppy is not a word I would use in the context of bees but of an individual. Then again i suppose I find some rather imperoius John.

PS You look very smart I must say!
