Ambrosia fondant packaging problem

Hi Guys,

Anyone else have weeping fondant?
8 x 2.5kg packs leaking so far, off to check association stock!

I have some weeping on the hives but only where the heat from the brood has warmed it up

Was it stored in a cool dry place, sugar is hydroscopic and will absorb water making it more fluid than what it was in it's original state.

Yep, the plastic welds seem to have split and some of the fondant is weeping out.
In freezer bags now.
