    if a colony has chalk brood is the honey still fit for human consumption? Also is the super ok to go onto another hive?

    Super removal

    What's the latest keepers have taken a super off? I have one fully capped super on and the ivy has not flowered here yet so I'm hoping it's the good stuff ;). If I took it off in the next few days surely that gives me time to winter feed plus there's a fair amount of stores already in the hive...
