    Swarm taking over another swarm ?

    Over the weekend I have had 2 swarms arrive at the same bait hive on a shed roof . Swarm one covered 3frames probably a cast ,Sunday ,another swarm arrived at the same bait hive and seem to have taken over ,lots of fighting and casualties outside the hive ,when checked in the evening found bees...

    Is there a way to have the bees move the stored honey in BB frames to my super frames or will the bees do this themselves when they need the room ,i have a double brood with plenty stores and the supers are being filled slower than the brood box ,maybe i,m just looking for quick result to soon...

    shake out or bleed off?

    United two of mine with some icing sugar and mist of water over excuder and newspaper they were through the paper by morning and are very happy together .Queenless hive on top .

    Thanks ITMA Was going to check again tomorrow as they swarmed out today and settled on a fir very close to their hive ,they then started to fan at the hive entrance and in front on the ground and started to go back in ,why are they doing this puzzling me ?Is this common ,i thought it might be...
