Hi! I have recently taken wax from some frames. Some of which had a little mould and I suspect some had wax moth infestation. I have melted and remelted the wax, cleaning off the sediment each time. Is that sufficient or must I sanitise the wax somehow before using it as foundation next season...

I'm trying to make homemade fondant. I'm now making my forth batch and hope this will be the "one". My question just now is if I can use the first 3 batches which resulted in platters as hard as rock. Can I give these to the girls? Perhaps I can melt them again? Any help greatly appreciated, D
