Thanks guys, looked in hive just now. There were a few dead on the roof yesterday. today and yesterday there were about 20 each day on the ledge above the hive entrance . Underneath there were about 50. Checked inside there are no dead bees on the mesh floor. All looks healthy and busy inside...

Fed my new nuc at the weekend. All good went through my frames and saw the queen... She was laying, new bees hatching . Was advised to feed . So fed on Sunday bees very busy . Fed and left. Today went to feed again. I did think they looked a bit quiet but hoped that was because it was 6.30...

I will check the supers tomorrow. I didn't now that they could have too much honey. They might have been robbed.

So what should I do now? Should i empty the brood boxes and put clean foundation in and hope a swarm come to the hive? Wishful thinking!

I went to look at my hive today and there are only a few bees left. So sad, what did I do wrong. They swarmed about 6 weeks ago but I couldn't find them. There were bees there last week. What should I do know with the two brood boxes. I only started beekeeping last summer.
