    Changing from WBC to Nationalhive

    Hi, I’ve been given a (white) WBC hive. As all my equipment is National, I want to move the contents into a (green) national hive with and extra deep brood box. Firstly, will the difference in colour create any issues? Secondly, any advice please? Thank you

    Winter nuc into a full hive- when?

    Adding pollen to fondant

    I have seen pollen advertised ( for human consumption) on eBay. Would it be beneficial or detrimental to add a little of this pollen to the fondant I’ve been feeding to my bees? Any comments appreciated. Thank you. Tom
