I have decided to start keeping bees (after much thought) and have ordered my bee hive + equipment. I will need a nucleus of bees to go with it, however, it may take time for my hive to arrive (probably a week) and so I would like to collect the nuc on the 23/24 or 30/31 of July.

Would it be possible to aquire a bee nuc at this time of year or within about one month from now? I ask because I am planning on keeping bees and would like to get started this year. *EDIT* Would the bees be OK if placed in a bee hive from a nuc this year?
