I'm confused by this. I read that worker cells are capped for between 10 & 12 days .. so doesn't the treatment need to extend beyond this period (12+ days) to catch the mite that is capped just before the first treatment? I assume that treating every 5 days is timed to catch mites in the...

I think that fruit cages use a 19mm net to keep the birds out. I use a 19mm mesh to protect my girls from woodpecker and they navigate it without too much trouble.
