    Need to do an AS and can't find the Q

    My first season.Queen was marked but as the hive has expanded I can't find her,think her mark has worn off. Plenty of q cups on bottom of frames so wanting to do an AS. Best method without finding the Q please????

    Just moved to Cumbria-how to keep the damp away?

    Hi,am now resident in Cumbria (south) and would value any advice on the difficulties of keeping the damp at bay. Bess didn't appreciate the extreme wet just after moving them in early September but now seem a bit happier. Any help greatly appreciated.

    When to add super +is there a mentor out there

    Bees arrived 11th June.Now on second lot of syrup and only two frames left for them to draw up with foundation.Should I add supers? Also -anyone out there close to Malpas in Cheshire wanting to be a mentor--all help gratefully received-or willing to let me visit your hive. Thanks in anticipation.
