If I have two brood boxes seperated by a snelgrove board. Each brood box has a queen in.Can I bleed bees from the top to the bottom without any issue or will they fight.

I have done an AS with Snelgrove board. I need bees back in at 5 and 10 days. I have let a queen develop in top box. Can I remove her and begin to bleed bees back into the bottom box after a couple of days.

I dropped a cup full of bees into a mini nuc left them for a day and a half pend in and then introduced a queen cell. I have left them for about 3 -4 days and they have built no comb. What is wrong with them have I done the correct sequence?

I got home late tonight. I had a quick look at the top super to see how full it was. To my suprise a saw a grub in one of the cells. A single one on its own, no eggs or any other grubs in any cells in the super. Any ideas about this random event.
