Advice needed - Swarm not going into WBC brood box

I would try something like a queen clip catcher, catch the queen, leave her in it, and place/hang her in the hive from a frame. they should follow.

    Deformed wing

excuse me, perhaps the best defense would be to destroy the colony however the best preventative known to date is IPM.

    Deformed wing

Some believe requeening helps, the best management I know of against DWV is keeping varroa numbers at a minimum. Nothing is 100 percent. If it were any treatment wouldn't be necessary. they come back no matter whats used as a treatment. Die? the only time I'm aware of one must burn a hive or...

    Deformed wing

The bees aren't finished yet and hopefully it's not late. Perhaps you could persuade him into a treatment that won't affect brood A screened bottom board helps with a sticky pad. Powered sugar, not a cure all but will help reduce mite numbers and increase the bees' grooming behavior.

    Mutiple egg

was she superseded? if in doubt, requeen, I'd wait.

    Changing Hive Frames

Sure you can if you want to, but why toss out good drawn frames? comb gets stronger with age. maybe its best to check out your own experience with it. While rotation is sometimes necessary, I wouldn't destroy good comb. It slows down the progress of a hive. it can also be used in nucs, as swarm...

    Cleaning Old Wooden Frames

I use both plastic and wood frames, I don't have any pics of dirty wood frames. Here's some shots of plastic frames I reused from a hive about 5 years old with wax moth damage. I picked off the cocoons, webs, and scraped the edge before reuse. nothing more. Brood comb, brushed off...

    Cleaning Old Wooden Frames

Dirty as in how, what, why and when? Have a pic? The bees can clean them up them selves, crush and strain is another alternative.

AS from std National Brood to 14 x 12

I think it would, obviously the principle is providing an area where most if not all drone brood will congregate for easy removal before they emerge, however that is achieved.

    icing sugar dusting

Some say apply it in season every day, some say every 3 days, some say every 7 days, some say it works some say it doesn't. some swear by essential oils alone while others swear by oxcilic or formic acid treatments yet others swear using small cell is all that's needed. some say its natural...

    crop spraying

To me. that's not an easy question to answer, depends on what it is. Can you contact someone in a bee club / association or outfit familiar with or does pollination services, ag inspector or agricultural extension? If all else fails, I'd consider moving them myself especially if sprayed while...

This frame is for a different style of hive yet the objectives are equal. Here's Randy Oliver's site on IPM and Varroa photo belongs to Carriage House Farm LLC

    multiple eggs in cells

If you're not sure, one way to find out what the different cells look like is by using an image search in your favorite search engine. keywords queen cups, queen cells, drone cells,

    multiple eggs in cells

As far as I could tell, this hive was queenless with queen cells. The eggs here are from the new queen that just starting to lay with plenty of room.
