I too have a similar problem, hive inspected and colony as it is survived the winter but no queen at all, no brood, eggs, larvae, fair number of bees and stores, but just no q. seemed to be well tempered. What to do?

Called in today to collect order for 3 nuc boxes, paid for in full by cheque (doh!) having spoken to Aldiss during the week, who said he was waiting for a delivery of 75 to fulfil orders and these would be in to collect on Sat. No chance. More wasps than bees, run down, ramshackle place. Remedy...
