    We tried F1 Buckfast from 3 different suppliers, had the same problems with them all. The last Q I bought was from MBC, Can't fault her, at present she is in a double brood with 4 supers on top. I'm waiting for my granddaughter to return from holiday to take the supers off

    My runners wont be ready for picking for at least 2/3 weeks. My allotment is (approx) 330 Mtrs above sea level... My cropping time is approx 2 weeks later than Porth at the junction of the two Rhondda valleys.

    Almost finished picking the early peas, Kelvdon Wonder. Close to 13Lb - 5.9 kg. Just started to pick the "maincrop" Hurst Green Shaft 6lb plus and loads still to pick, I grew the early peas in one of the raised beds. I have put a 12 oz jar of honey in the middle to give a size reference.

    Recently there was a post on the forum about poor starting 2 stroke machines. there was suggestions of using different makes/types of fuel. I can't find it, and I've lost the notes I made. Can any one help/point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.

    I've had the same problem with peas this year. I start mine in short lengths of rain water guttering. First lot I planted was in compost from last year, results were good. The ones planted in compost I purchased this year have been diabolical.

    what's that smell

    I haven't noticed if they are active around my traccy.. Before I had the opp they (sometimes) were more active around my mouth.. There is very little odour produce from my breath.. Most odours produced from normal "breathers" is caused by the food you eat/drink.. One of my fellow traccy...
