I have had 15 V Queens from the last grafts I did I have put sum in mating hives and a few in nuc's. I have only had 2 mate. I no we have had bad weather but could I be doing sum thing wrong ? I have grafted another 30 today. If any take has any one got any tips???

I came home to find a small black queen and a few works in side the house, I had left the back bedroom window open next to a bait hive on the Flat roof. There are still bee's flying in and out so I let her free, Fingers crossed she finds her way back to my hive:cool:

Every time I have grafted the bees are removing larve from the queen cups? They are one day old very small C shape larve that im grafting. Ive added the grafts to the split's after 9 days when all the brood has been capped but still no luck any help please?

Hi everyone, I was just about to check my hives today when right next to one of them was a very large queen (unmarked) so i put her in a queen clip checked my hives and found that she was a extra. there was a lot of drones flying today so would she have come in to mate any ideas????

just went down to my hives and two of them have upped and left, one a small mini nuc other a full hive, all the bee's had gone left eggs and young brood in all stages no bee's at all. I feel like crying!!!!

whats the best thing for it?

my bee's have been bringing white pollen back allday any ideas??? anyone?? (pure white not grey)
