    Rolled fondant on frames

    My bees have been on the syrup and have had plenty of stores, The colony seemed particulary sluggish. I've been in a rush so rolled some fondant and just laid it over the frames. Anyone see a problem with this?

    Blocking the QX

    I have a shuffle round in the brood box and in 5 days the bees drew out and filled the frames. So I put on a QX and a super, there are some bees slowly drawing out a frame in the super but they appear to be trying to block up the holes on the QX. this makes me wonder if this is stopping fast...
