    Roof connector for Steam Generator Pipe?

    I managed to get hold of the Thornes Steam Generator for £8 in their sale last year. I have bought a metal roof cover but struggling to find a connector that I can screw onto / into the top once drilled. Anybody know what I need please. Photos of the Pipe may help.

    What to do with Laying Worker frames?

    I have a laying worker hive that has some capped drone brood but mainly multiple eggs in the cells. I plan to shake them out The frames are good condition. What are my options please to reuse the frames? Do I need to do anything to them before adding to other colonies or nucs?

    3frame nucs

    I have 2, 3 frame nucs in a home made wooden double box. Is it too late to move them to 5 or 6 frame polys and take a frame from some of my big hives to make them up? These are queens that i grafted late but doing well.
