    I have a lot of frames this year only half capped and the honey measures 19 plus, I am wondering if anyone had advice on using a dehumidifier to get the water content down and if so would you do it on the frames or with the extracted honey. Thank you

    Varroa treatment and feeding

    I have been monitoring the varroa with sugar shake and the numbers have been low but within the last fortnight the count quadrupled. I was waiting for cooler temp and less brood but will take your advice and start the oxalic treatment now even though still feeding. Thanks for your help

    Stored frames

    I have just inspected my stored frames that have been drawn out last year and some look mouldy and very fragile. I treated everything with Certan last autumn ,thought it was all dry and wrapped in double plastic. What does anyone else do and have I made some serious errors. Thank you
