Thanks to a friend from my beginners course I finally have Bees, he passed on a swarm that appears to be staying put for now, busy foraging today. Quick question though; in my WBC I have an Open Mesh floor with the inspection board in, should I remove it for extra ventilation?

    Beeless

Nice new Hive out in the field next door for a week now but no bees and no swarms locally. I have a WBC hive and currently configured it with a Brood Box and 1 Super all full of foundation, is this correct? All advice gratefully received.
