    Yes you can. Post whatever you want. We have been running forums since 2001 and we have never had any copyright or legal issue. On rare occasion someone will request information being taken down, it's called a DMCA request here, there it's GDPR I believe.

    We do not run Tap-a-talk. Xenforo renders fairly well on mobile and you can upload photos via mobile too. We have concerns over the security and privacy of TT.

    We have been hosting and managing forums since 2000. Learned many years ago that the community is #1, so if a member does not want ads and their experience is negative because of ads, they should be able to remove them easy.

    The old software was not secure. It was no longer supported by the company (end of life) and any exploits/security issues were no longer being addressed or announced. If you dislike this software, you would have hated the newest version of the previous software. It's terrible.
