    Treated with oxalic at long last yesterday and took a call today about bees in a compost heap. Going to investigate on Wednesday but they swear blind there are still bees there!

    Bluebells wont be out till April/May. Snowdrops in our garden not open yet either. The Mahonia is in flower is our garden at the mo. Yellow flowers but not looked at the pollen.

    Interesting thread. So both of those books are a good read but is there any particular book those more experienced would recommend for using as a reference for the Basic Exam? I have probably opened a whole can of bee's but maybe the same name will crop up a few times :)

    Did this the other day and got 60%, I was actually quite pleased with that. However taking the basic exam in the summer so best get reading if I want to pass that! Edit: this is an excellent quiz by the way. Can we have any more please?
