Good bee plants for health and honey.

Don't work yourself to death! Get local tractor in to plough and power harrow - simples - hard work isn't all it's cracked up to be. Crimson clover does best, I read somewhere, on ground that has not been ploughed just scarified or harrowed vigorously. Hyssop would be over close to half an...

    Swarm followed Queen into hive

Unfortunately, it was another of the type "in the roof" and inaccessible. Good for PR though as others had refused to turn out.

    Not very satisfied!

:iagree: Making people aware of poor service might help stop them preying on the unwary or new to the hobby.

    Swarm followed Queen into hive

at 4:30 this p.m. Jammed brood foundation frames to prevent movement on tonight's 20 mile journey. Haven't put frame feeder in Thought to put on head - lamp - switch to 'red' in dark - take frames out and replace with full feeder then close up for a few days before opening and feeding more...

    Bees outside

Found mine doing the same today after having inspected all yesterday and removing a lot of drone brood too. Was worried they were suffocating and removed the Perspex inner hive covers and put a super on as they did have 7/8 frames of brood and stores. I have put Ambrosia fondant on top bars...
