    Remove a hiden bee colony

Yes I've done about 20 odd firstly what's the chimney like if its capped then they will be on the under side of the chimney or in the pot. You will need to remove comb and put into frames then drive the bees from the chimney with smoke in to a hive with cut out comb. I do them off cat ladders...

    Swarm from Hell

The temper of the swarm will change after you let them settle, had one few years back was really nasty until they had a good feed and a home. Ended up getting a massive honey crop off them as well :) if not just re queen.

    Honey dripping through ceiling…..advice?

your best bet will be taking the tiles off, unless you want the house a mess, I've done loads of cut outs always best way. unless you have the spare cash for the plaster to come fix the ceiling after.

    Nuc to re-queen

I would leave the hive for a few hours and then put the new queen in a cage with a bit of candy blocking the end of the cage, sum times I use icing sugar if there really angry. Just dust the bees by the time there clean the queen is normaly out and about.

    Queenless with only 1 colony

Get another colony any way, and then drop a frame of eggs/brood in the old colony, you will soon see if your queen less.
