Hi I have been using the bridge cottage gas vap for 2 seasons and the gas gun has stopped working. I only have 14 hives and a few nucs so not had loads of use. what is the experience of this piece of equipment? I am thinking of buying a new gas gun but im not sure that its the way the vap...

I agree I have had expensive wellies and whether its me but they have never last any longer than the cheaper ones. Also its not as heart breaking when you get a split in them.

I use these, they have lasted longer than anything else I have used. I just cut the end of the index finger and thumb if I need to pick up a queen. They clean up well as well with washing soda.

I know my bees normally perform well but they don't seem to be working as well as normal. usually they have well over a super by now but some have only got half a super this combined with being a pain to inspect has made me wonder whether to put some new carniolan blood into them.

Hi I am making a batch of the thymol mix to treat varroa mite, only the 500 gram pack of crystals are a lot cheaper than buying 100 grams at a time. if I make a bigger batch will it keep. I think it should but was just wondering if anyone hhad made some and carried over what they hadn't used.
