    Noise is not an issue as we don't live near anyone else and their house is placed over a running steam so either is the mucking, its just the herding them into and out of the house thats tough but then we only have them a week so it will probably take them a awhile to get settled in. Darren

    Cut comb honey

    There is plenty of room in the containers to cut the comb a little bigger so that they are over the 8oz weight without having runny honey in the container if you wish. And with manley frames i never have to cut that much more over the size to get the correct weight. Darren

    the stream floods with any heavy rain so will clear itself all the time, as for the foxes i will shoot them so nothing to worry about there either, i have built them a house so will be getting them the week after next so we will see how it all goes then. Darren

    all my hives are 5 miles away so that won't be a bother and they won't be able to get into the yard to dirty it so that won't be a problem either.
