It was a great show, did you go to the WBKA stand?

    Gwenyn Gruffydd Welsh black bees

Yes I do, how did they get wiped out but still maintain dominance in the gene pool?

Yet the vast majority of Ireland is amm

Good on him, I don't think I could stomach Kent though. Ireland would probably be my destination of choice, they seem to have abit more common sense when it comes to honey bees.

Oh aye just ask folk to produce tons of stocks and give them away for free, good buisness sense maby try setting up a buisness modle? Hard to breed them in any volumes with all the mixed up foreign genes hear I'd guess?

Na they weren't all bad, I do like flushing a turd away and it was the Romans to thank for it 🤗

Most bee keepers couldn't agree on the colour of sh**e. Yea there is still afew about fortunately, it's just a shame narrow-minded people can **** it up so easily just being within 6 miles 😬

Aye unfortunately alot of people mix up their beliefs with what's best for uk bees. I like to call it soppy leftist views over common sense but hey ho people keep importing their bees and destroying the nations stocks because its easier and they are probably brainwashed that way. You think...

Do you think the dominate AMM average analysis concludes that they do, after all we are told AMM where wiped out by the Isle of White disease?

    Gwenyn Gruffydd Welsh black bees

Show me a wild living buckfast colony that's over 4 years old int the uk.

    Gwenyn Gruffydd Welsh black bees

I'd have to look but the average dna genetics show that amm is dominant in the uk and by a large number. You can't breed bees like most other live stock though, your stocks and those around you directly effect each other hence why we have such a mix and match. It dosnt seem to be the case, you...

    Gwenyn Gruffydd Welsh black bees

You've just made my point, they all had a common ancestry yet they all developed into separate sub species there is a good reason for this? Your buckfast would not likley survive in the wild without human intervention, therfore the genese its drones are spreading is hindering any chance wild...

    Gwenyn Gruffydd Welsh black bees

There should be a law to stop imports and protect our native stocks, bees are not humans with silly leftist opinions. They open mate so anything in the area directly effects their genes. I'm against any imports, maby not so much AMM from close by, I don't care what if they are buckfast...

    Gwenyn Gruffydd Welsh black bees

    That's a fair point!

    Gwenyn Gruffydd Welsh black bees

I think it matters, it's not a bragging thing it's because what every you have will mix into others and wild populations. It's not like having a dog
  19. R

    Gwenyn Gruffydd Welsh black bees

Be a waste of money getting a dna test done to distinguish if it was a honey been or anything else lol, AMM, AML AMC it's the last letter that is the sub species, buckfast dosnt come into it just a mongrel of the above and more

    Gwenyn Gruffydd Welsh black bees

I agree, I don't know about Asia but read all the AM came from Africa originally. That's kind of my point though, the AMM has evolved to live hear from a common ancestor of say the AML or AMC, they all evolved their diffrenet traits to best suit their environments. That's why I think we should...
