Can their Langstroth nuc brood extensions be adapted to become National brood extensions?

Ah crap, I love their butchered into 8 frame nucs and am in dire need of some more brood extensions. Anyone interested in buying the moulding off them?

I've bought my OA from APC but they seem to source it from constructionchemicalslimited, and when I've gone with their website, they seem to sell it cheaper, plus free carriage on orders over £60, so I just bought myself 25kg of OA - should last me while!

Use Paynes nucs hacked into 8 framers, then you can double brood them , super them etc - all lighter and easier to hold close to your body than full size boxes.

Be interesting to hear if you do observe a decline in varroa. I'm surprised the spongetex were reusable, mine chew em down to the matrices inside

There aren't any competitors nearby, it's rural Northumberland, Willie Robson is 50 + miles away. Apideas probably aren't that scary to teens kicking stuff, just a cupful of bees per box really. Some bored kid I imagine
