Morning, just visited home apiary and found one hive with 60 died bees under hive and large amount of poop splatter. see pictures. all other hives good. My thoughts are nosema? Should I move the hive to isolated area? Thanks

Morning, I transported a test frame yesterday, on its own in Nuc. out of hive for approx 20 minutes. should be ok?? I just did a search on the forum and should have transported with bees in the nuc, shaken the bees off at location etc. next time. Thanks
