    Fill the nuc with frames of foundation or the bees will fill with brace comb I would check after 3 days then feed if needed, also check if it was a swarm from one of your hives it may not have been

    Quite surprised that a professional beekeeper on bbc breakfast this morning would say a way to help bees would be to put out a saucer of sugar water to help warn out bees.

    If you don't know what the pollen barrier is then I think you need some help, it's we're the pollen is stored and queen won't normally lay outside it, hence all the brood is in the centre if you move the pollen barrier out one frame then she has room to expand

    I would have left them in a nuc to build up more as there's not a lot of bees, also when inspecting always hold the frame you take out over the hive as HM could fall of into the grass,
