this is in its 3rd year they are small hybrids and its a small colony its never seems to grow past half the top bar capacity,they are hardy and seem to go out in all weathers and they are Varroa free

Ther are 2 locations where my bees have swarmed to on regular occasions and guess what the dowsing rods cross slap bang on the line between the 2 I tried people who where unaware what or where they were looking for and got the same result
2 of my colonies rapidly expanded in the early season, so I put on an extra brood box on each cleared off queen cells, but they set out on the swarm course of action regardless now Im left with my second brood chamber full of honey anybody got any tips how to extract this ?
