thanks for the observations folks.

made up some mead the other day and forgot to put tannin in it. not made any for a long time. any thoughts on the lack of this. i used 4lb honey ,lemon zest, 2 tblspns lemon juice an a couple of dozen raisins. the yeast is gervin GV11 5g. if ithe tannin is really needed could i add it later etc...
