    Bee hive sercuity.

    Has anyone in counted any losts or damage to there bee hive equipment due to theft or vandalism? Especially those who keep bee hives on farmland.

    When I was cutting back the ivy on my fence, I noticed some large wasps come flying out. Have you seen the anti wasp bee bottom hive base by black mountain honey on you tube? Maybe worth a watch might help.

    Hi Holmbee, I don't have any experience in hives and that's something I'm looking forward to learning about. I just like the Langstroth type maybe because I feel the bees have more room and seems to be used worldwide. Thanks for your feedback.

    Must be awful knowing you have AFB/EFB and has me concerned when starting out. Varrora seems to be the most common followed by Chalkbrood. Still reading up on these diseases ect.. Want to be fully prepared and know what I'm looking out for.
