We had a problem with an egg eater and read the only way to treat this was to cull. We replaced eggs with ones filled with a mustard and tobasco mixture. The original contents were blown and filled with a syringe. Seems a bit cruel I know but it solved our problem and the hens survived.

Presumably real pollen would be better than substitute. I understand what you mean about Germany's rules and regs re contaminents but don't Bayer originate in Germany?

If Neopoll has real pollen in it should I be worried about the source of the pollen and potential contaminants. Would I be better going for the substitute?
